With all of the news reports that we have been seeing about the virus that is spreading across the World from China, there is one thing that they are telling us to all do to protect ourselves: Wash our hands! We were taught to do it when we were children, and it is even more vital that we do it often and properly as it can help to prevent the spread of illnesses. Soap & water, lather your hands for at least 20 seconds, and it could help save your life and the lives of your loved ones!
